At Clothing Crew, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
